I.C. Opticals (hereafter called “the company”) is an electronic shop selling optical products, such as vision glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses and other relevant products. The company is located in Hersonissos, Crete, on El. Venizelou street, number 22. The relevant tax authority is D.O.Y. Heraklion. Every person entering and making use of the electronic shop is regarded as having confirmed and accepted the terms and conditions specified below, without any exceptions. Any user not accepting these terms and conditions, should stop using this electronic shop and it’s services.

The company withholds the right to alter these terms and condition, as well as any of the content of this electronic shop, freely, whenever it is considered necessary. It keeps the responsibility of informing the users for any alteration via the pages of this electronic shop.

The company :

• Is not responsible and is not obliged to any kind of compensation for any damage, economic or moral, due to its inability to provide support services.
• Is not bound by the contents of the shop’s pages.

Customers Obligations & Rights

• The client is obliged to fulfil the data needed in any relevant form, for the services to be properly provided.
• The client is obliged to provide a physical address (of it’s residence or working location) for the delivery of the order, which will be done during working days and hours. In case such address is provided in error, the sole responsibility is of the client.
• The client has the right to change the product ordered, provided that it has not been opened from its original packaging (applicable only for contact lenses, and contact lenses liquids), it has not been used or altered, within 15 calendar days from the day of arrival, with the shipping costs paid by you.
• The client may cancel it’s order via email on info@icopticals.gr, only prior to the fulfilment of the processing of the order.

The copyright owner of the contents specified in the pages of the electronic shop is the company or the company is allowed to use it under conditions from other entities. It is forbidden to share, copy, or otherwise distribute the content of the electronic shop, prior to the written consent of the company.

This electronic shop contains information, regarding the products and services provided by it, as well as tools for it’s marketing. The company is bound related to the correctness and truthfulness of these information, regarding the identity of the company and the provided electronic transactions. The company is not responsible for errors during the input if the data in the electronic store.

The personal data you provide to the company are used solely by it and the entities partening with it, with the purpose of fulfilling the transactions. And they are not to be shared with any third party with being in line with the applicable law (Ν. 2472/97) regarding protection and processing of private information. The company is bound the applicable law. Your data are kept by the company as long as you are a member of the electronic shop, and can be deleted upon request. All transactions with the electronic shop and documents exchanged, for the purpose of fulfilling an order will be stored by the company. You may request access to data stored upon request.
