Return policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you received, you may replace it with an other, up to 3 days after you received it.

In order to return contact lenses that were created upon request, such us astigmatic, multifocal and colored with myopia degress, you must send them in the original packaging, unopened. Please send them to us with your prefered medium, and contact us (via email or phone) on the new product you would wish us to send you. For such products, as well as products that were created upon request, refund is not possible.

Finally, if you are not interested in some other product, refund is possible, provided we receive the product in a good condition, like you received it. After we receive the product in good condition we will contact you so that you provide us with a bank account where we can deposit the refund. For the return of the product, the charge is on the customer.
