We acknowledge that the safety of electronic payments is major issue, so we have taken every precaution necessary to safeguard your data from third parties.

All payments via credit, debit or prepaid cards are done through the secure system of Alpha Bank. We don’t store or process the data of the card. The process is implemented entirely within the secure system of Alpha Bank.

Payments via Paypal are processed entirely via the secure system of Paypal.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key

Trading Confidentiality:

All data provided by the user are treated as confidential. We have taken every precaution necessary to keep them confidential.

Only authorized employees are allowed accessed to your data and only when necessary to, e.g. to fulfill your order or to accommodate your requests.

We do not disclose your data, unless we are authorised by you, or due to the judgement of a court, or authorised public authority.

In cases third parties are involved, for the maintenance of our systems, necessary precautions are taken to guard confidentiality.

You may request any data that we withhold regarding you, and you may also request that we correct them, in case you can prove they are erroneous.

For your own safety, you should also treat all information provided by this service as confidential, and should not share them with third parties.
